Usage Recommendations
Recommended for use with skin packaging machines or vacuum skin packaging equipment. Make sure the heating, vacuum, and cooling systems are working properly. Adjust heating temperature, vacuum time, bonding time, and cooling time according to product shape, film thickness, backing board material, and equipment performance. Too low a temperature may cause poor bonding, while too high a temperature may cause film breakage, whitening, or excessive shrinkage. Small-batch trial runs are recommended before mass production.
The thickness range of 0.05–0.5mm can be selected flexibly according to product characteristics. 0.05–0.1mm is suitable for small, delicate products; 0.1–0.2mm is suitable for regular small items; 0.2–0.5mm is suitable for heavier, larger, or sharp-edged products. If the product has sharp parts, increase the film thickness or add protective padding to avoid piercing the film. The final choice should be based on trial-run results.
Place products steadily on breathable paperboard or a suitable backing board with reasonable spacing. Avoid stacking or tilting. Sharp parts should not directly press against the film; add cushioning or protective material if necessary. Proper placement and backing board matching help achieve tighter bonding and reduce bubbles, wrinkles, and loose edges.
After the film is evenly softened, perform vacuuming and bonding so that the film tightly wraps the product contour. During bonding, observe the film surface to avoid breakage or whitening caused by excessive temperature or time. After bonding, allow sufficient cooling and setting before removing or moving the product to avoid deformation caused by pulling.
Store unused film rolls sealed in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, and moisture. Be careful of hot parts during operation, keep the working area ventilated, and regularly clean heating elements and vacuum systems. Before mass production, conduct small-batch trial runs to confirm the matching of temperature, time, film thickness, and backing board.
