Hand tearing method: suitable for thinner or non adhesive packaging films. Just gently tear it open with your hand.
Cutting method: This is a fast and effective method that requires the use of a cutting tool to cut open the packaging film. Be careful when cutting to prevent cutting your fingers.
Heating method: suitable for thicker or sticky packaging films. You can use a hot air gun or hair dryer to heat the packaging film to make it soft, and then peel it off while it's hot. Pay attention to maintaining a safe distance during operation to prevent burns.
Chemical dissolution method: Although this method may not be applicable to all types of packaging films, for certain soluble materials such as polyethylene, chemical solvents (such as diluents) can be used for dissolution, but caution should be exercised as these solvents may be harmful to the environment and human health.
Wet towel wiping method: For thinner plastic films, soak the towel in hot water, wring it dry, and wipe the plastic film. This can soften the plastic film and help it detach from the surface of the object.
Edible oil method: Apply edible oil (such as edible oil or olive oil) onto a plastic film, let it stand for a period of time, and use the static electricity generated by edible oil to adsorb dust and impurities on the plastic film, making it easy to peel off.
Eraser method: After cleaning the eraser, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to its surface, and then wipe the plastic film. The electrostatic effect of the eraser can help adsorb debris on the plastic film, making it easier to peel off.
